Click on Disk → New to show the New image dialog. In it, the Disk Operating System section (Alt+D) shows the currently supported filesystems, usually also with their respective version. A "typical" image is automatically pre-selected for each DOS in the Container section (Alt+C). Additional filesystems will be added over time, so please stay tuned. You can eventually contribute to the development by implementing the filesystem that's currently missing.
