Yes but only for platforms where tapes represent an important storage medium (e.g. ZX Spectrum derivates). To access tape operations, search the menu of the particular disk operating system (DOS) for a Tape submenu (see example below). Once a tape is inserted, you can transfer files from and to it by copy-pasting, or dragging and dropping them. Tape images cannot be opened individually at the moment – they currently can only accompany a disk image (as the disk image triggers recognition of a DOS, that eventually may or may not support tapes).
